We've all been there before. Bad customer service can cause us to literally feel like we are losing our minds, and this one woman screaming in an Apple store captures how we all feel when we've been sold short in similar situations. The fact that this person captured this perfect moment of child-like frustration in 6 seconds or less is why I love Vine.

As a loyal Apple customer that frequents their amazing stores pretty often, I have to say that their customer service is above and beyond many others, and if I had to guess Apple care DID tell this woman that she could walk in the store and get whatever "part" she needed, but just like everyone else you have to make an appointment with the Genius Bar.

My guess is that she did NOT do that. Either way, we feel your pain frustrated Apple store lady, we feel your pain. I also feel bad for the kid in that stroller.
