Want to get a sneak peek of Russo Park before it opens its gates to the public? Thanks to the people at Developing Lafayette, you can get a bird's eye view.

So many people drive by the ball park to get a look at the construction process happening, but how many get to see the inside? Watching bricks get stacked and cranes move around is exciting, but this drone footage will blow you away...

After watching that, I only have one question: can it be March 3rd already? The home opener can't come soon enough.

The fly-over puts the size of Russo Park in perspective. It's a massive upgrade for the fans of Ragin' Cajuns Baseball, and it's more than a respectable home for the fantastic program Tony Robichaux built. The players can't wait to take the field, and judging by the views from the sky, the fans are in for a treat when the gates finally open.

When you add in the upgraded concessions and restrooms, it's a dream come true for baseball fans. A gorgeous ball park for an incredible team. It's fitting.
