Whale Lifting Kayakers Out Of Water Is Both Scary And Amazing [VIDEO]

Two kayakers got more than they bargained for while observing whales off the coast of Argentina.

At first we see the kayakers moving in to get a closer look at some whales in the distance, when all of a sudden one whale rolls over, goes underwater, then resurfaces directly underneath the kayak—lifting both occupants out of the water and onto its back.

According to the description of the video this was shot somewhere off the coast of Puerto Madryn in Argentina, a place known for it's whales and penguins.

At one point, one of the kayakers dips his GoPro camera into the water and gets a breathtaking close-up of the whale from underneath the water. As beautiful as this shot turned out, I would imagine their situation was a pretty dangerous one, so I gotta give them props for keeping it so cool.

I'm perfectly fine with watching from the safety of my laptop.
