What Kind Of Accent Does This Kid Have? [VIDEO]

This video is showing up all over the internet because no one knows what kind of accent he has. Some say he's from Vermont, while others say Montana.

I've personally never heard this type of accent myself. By default and only because I'm from down South I'm gonna say he is from the North. He kind of sounds like the 'Pepperidge Farm' commercial.
