What Are These Strange Lights In The Sky [VIDEO]

YouTube user QuadeM13 was out riding his bicycle and a storm was approaching, then this strange light caught his eye so he pulled out his phone and shot this incredible video.

He had no idea what it was. Some people were saying that it maybe 'H.A.A.R.P.' some say it might be the sun's reflection.

QuadeM13 wants to call it Crown Flash, a Crown Flash is when ice particles get aligned in the same direction with the electromagnetic field created during a thunderstorm. It's usually invisible to the naked eye but the way the sun hits it, it makes it visible to the naked eye kind of like a rainbow.
