10 Year Old Goes On Joy Ride (VIDEO)
The headline says it all. This kid was tired of being punished, so he did what any 10 year old would do.... took the car for a drive to blow off some steam. The kid actually used his signals and followed all rules of the road. The bad part is, he did all of this during a police chase. You have to see this video to believe it.
My question is: What do we have here ? Bad kid ? ... or Bad Parent ?
