50 Cent is mad as hell and he’s not gonna take it anymore! After releasing ‘The Big 10′ mixtape and several viral videos, the veteran rhyme-slinger made some angry threats to Interscope Records honcho Jimmy Iovine, demanding that he gives him a new record contract.

On Saturday (Dec. 31), Fiddy took to his Twitter and issued an ultimatum to Iovine. “Ok I need a record deal jimmy iovine, call me early tomorrow or I’m putting out another mix tape,” he tweeted. “Anybody want to sign me I’m a young hungry artist and I work harder then everybody in hiphop call me tomorrow. Street King energy.”

In our opinion, 50 has every right to be upset. His ‘Big 10′ mixtape was heavily downloaded when it dropped in early December and his videos have garnered major views on YouTube. Among his highly viewed clips, so far, are ‘Put Your Hands Up‘ (3.2 million views), ‘I Just Wanna‘ (2.1 million views) and ‘Wait Until Tonight‘ (2 million views). Rumor has it, Interscope does plan to release ‘Wait Until Tonight’ as an official radio single.

50 is currently in talks with Interscope to renew his contract so he can move forward with his new album, which he said is completed. It looks as if the label is slow in making the deal. What’s up with that?

Given 50 Cent’s track record for making hits, Iovine would be wise to sign him to a new contract. But since we are not at the negotiating table, we will sit here and hope that Interscope does the right thing.

Come on, Jimmy Iovine, pay the man!
