A Breaux Bridge family of seven needs your help after they lost EVERYTHING in a recent house fire. The family of Brett Melacon lost everything after their home went up in flames last Sunday night.

Melacon says that one of his kids noticed that his truck was on fire, while parked under the carport, and he did everything he could to extinguish the blaze until the gas tank of the truck blew up. Luckily, he and has his family escaped from the house without injuries, but they unfortunately lost everything in their possession.

At this time, the family is staying with relatives, but hope to soon get back on their own two feet. And that is where we can come into play. The family needs anything and everything that you can give to them. They are in need of clothing, shoes, furniture, etc.
