A Kentucky Man Is Arrested For DUI While Riding His Horse [VIDEO]

A man in Kentucky was arrested for DUI while riding his horse!!! Yes, police took this man to jail because he was intoxicated while riding a horse, which is illegal in the state of Kentucky.

WKYT reports that not only was the man over the legal limit while riding his horse, he was also in possession of marijuana and moonshine. The man said he was unaware of the law and that he was stunned when police escorted him to jail.

Imagine if this type law existed in Louisiana? With all of the trail rides in our area and Mardi Gras runs in South Louisiana, there would be a lot of upset people in our area if it were illegal to ride a horse while drinking. In any case, police probably enforce such a law upon horse riders to ensure their safety.
