Acadiana’s Top 5 Locations For Buc-ee’s
If you are traveling from Louisiana to or through Texas, what is the one stop you know you are going to make?
Buc-ee's! It's just a given.
It is the ultimate stop for food, snacks, drinks, or any kind of shopping really. Even if it's just a potty break, you know you want to stop at a Buc-ee's. They may or may not have the cleanest bathrooms out of all gas stations (if that's what you can even call Buc-ee's).
One comment that is frequently made by Louisiana residents is that they wish we had a Buc-ee's in our area. It would be packed day and night.
1. Scott (Exit 97 off of I-10)
Many who commented say it would be best by the Tractor Supply.
2. Crowley (Exit 82 off of I-10)
Crowley's newest service road seems to be a popular vote for a potential location.
3. Louisiana Avenue (Exit 104 off of I-10)
This is a popular stop on I-10 and seems like a good fit.
4. Breaux Bridge (Exit 109 off of I-10)
This is an exit that looks to be making some great changes, so a Buc-ee's might just fit in.
5. Carencro (Exit 4 off of I-49)
With as many businesses that have grown in this area, especially on the service road, this is another popular choice.
How often would you find yourself at a Buc-ee's location if one were to open here in Acadiana? Maybe the better question is how much money you would spend on beef jerky.
Texas folks seem to be very territorial over their beloved Buc-ee's, but we take care of our own here in the great state of Louisiana.
Are there any other locations in Acadiana that you think would make a great spot for a Buc-ee's location?
