Nothing will stop the Mardi Gras spirit in New Orleans.

Even with an uncharacteristic winter storm on top of pandemic restrictions that had Bourbon Street looking like a ghost town, New Orleans still found a way to shine on Fat Tuesday.

If the house floats and Yardi Gras celebrations weren't enough, check out Al Johnson stepping out on his front porch to sing his 1960 classic song, "Carnival Time."

Even when he's singing behind a mask, Johnson is a legend in New Orleans, and it's safe to say that his famous song is symbolic of the city and a bonafide Mardi Gras anthem.
