Amber Portwood Arrested

It seems enough is enough with domestic abuse, even by MTV standards. Amber has been arrested and charged with domestic abuse. With the video footage, it's not hard to see why charges were pressed. As is the custom, all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty (had to throw that in there).
