American Idol May Be Returning After This Season

While FOX continues to celebrate the final season of American Idol, there are rumblings that the show could return to television.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, plans are already in the works to bring Idol back.  There's no word where, there's no word when... and there will most likely be changes.

Creator of the show, Simon Fuller, says that the singing competition will undergo changes and that a format change could debut when the show returns.

Would you be interested in American Idol if there was a revamp of the show, or is it done? I think America still wants to see amateur singers compete on stage, but there will have to be a drastic change to the show.
