Beyonce To Debut Third Fragrance In Fall

Beyonce will launch Pulse, a floral citrus-scented perfume that represents her stage persona. This is going to be her third fragrance.

"Women always tell me that my music makes them feel strong and confident, and Pulse is about finding that inner power," she says. The fragrance hits the stores in September, and comes with a fashionable upside-down cap.
