Summer is here, and no better time to get out the bicycles and have some outdoor fun with the family! Broussard and David, Bike Lafayette and Lafayette Consolidated Government are sponsoring the 4th annual Bicycle Safety Festival Saturday, June 1st at Parc Putnum. Bring the kids to 813 Lafayette St. in beautiful downtown Lafayette from 9:00 am - noon for live music, refreshments, and lots of giveaways. The theme to the reading program this year is 'A Universe of Stories', honoring the 50th anniversary of the Apollo Moon Landing.
