One beloved Lafayette restaurant is expanding with a second location.

Café Lola is opening a second location in the former home of Cajun Market Donut at 205 Rue Louis XIV.

The original restaurant was founded in 2003 in the Oil Center. This place became a staple to many, especially those working in the Oil Center and medical professionals.

“Café Lola has been a Lafayette Oil Center staple for over 20 years,” says Kevin Landry, owner at Café Lola. “As Lafayette grows, we want to grow with it. The second location allows us to reach the growing medical industry and to continue to provide quality local food just as we have for years into the future.”

Kevin Landry, owner of Café Lola said that the restaurant is what it is today because of its solid menu, fast and friendly service, and location.

Construction on the newest location located at 205 Rue Louis XIV has started and they are hoping to have everything ready by later this Summer.
