CBS Sports and the SEC have announced that the network's s annual day-night doubleheader will be Sept. 21, that's when Notre Dame plays Georgia.

Tiger fans already know that LSU and Alabama are scheduled to play on Nov. 9, 2019, in Alabama. Thus, the Tigers and Bama could kickoff the game at 3 pm, rather than at 7 pm.

LSU and Alabama have played in the primetime slot the last eight years and has quickly become a marquee matchup for college football.

However, with Bama's continued success over LSU, the network may have elected to just move on from the primetime slot for this game.

According to the Advocate, the last time the Tigers and the Crimson Tide played in the afternoon slot on CBS it was in 2010 and the Tigers won 24-21.

We will continue to follow this developing story and give you updates here if things change. I do ask, how would you feel if LSU and Alabama kickoff at 3 pm? Let us know in the comment section.
