This is great.

Chevy Chase assisted Raising Cane's when it came time to light up one of their restaurants for Christmas.

We've all seen the movie "Christmas Vacation" and we're all familiar with the scene when Chevy Chase brings his family out to light up their house.

If you don't recall the scene from the iconic Christmas movie, check it out here.

Well, Todd Graves, the founder of the popular chicken finger restaurant, must be a fan because he invited the actor to help light up one of his restaurants in Illinois.

Hundreds of people gathered as the lights came on and Chase even reenacted the scene from "Christmas Vacation". The good news here though, the city did not lose power when the lights came on for Raising Cane's.

According to various reports, this all happened while a television commercial was being shot for the popular restaurant chain.

A green station wagon, like the one in the movie, was also used in the shoot. So yes, this is about as close as it gets to re-living the movie, "Christmas Vacation".

Check out some of the photos Raising Cane's shared via their social media page.
