Youngsville Chief of Police Rickey Boudreaux made one kid's dream come true by arresting him and bringing him to jail.

Nick, who is a big fan of the television movie Cops, has always wanted to tour a jail and be arrested. Yes, while many hope to avoid places like this, Nick wants to visit the jail.

Not only did Nick's dream of being arrested come true thanks to local law enforcement, he was also taken down and handcuffed by police once in the jail, like he sees on Cops.

You know, in the day and age we're in, we often see police in the news when they do something wrong. Rarely do we see police in the news for doing what is right.

Well, Chief Rickey Boudreaux and a few other local law enforcement officials in Acadiana did the RIGHT THING here and they should be applauded for making this young man's dreams come true.
