Chris Reed Experiences Some Cajun Cuisine At Prejean’s Restaurant For Eat Lafayette 2012 [VIDEO]

My first stop for the dine around during our Eat Lafayette campaign was at the World Famous Cajun Restaurant...Prejean's!!! Prejean's, located off of I-49 near Carencro, is known for their Cajun cuisine and authentic Cajun entertainment. I have been to Prejean's on may occasions, but each time I go I find something new to try on their huge menu. For this visit I had a seafood platter, gumbo, and crawfish enchiladas. While it may be difficult to pick my favorite dish at Prejean's, the gumbo seems to always hit the right spot. Oh by the way, the desert...Well you have to try for yourself!! WOW!!!

Aside from their authentic Cajun menu, Prejean's offers up LIVE Cajun Music each night that they are open. What better than LIVE Cajun Music and really good Cajun food on any given night? All in all, if you want to experience the real Cajun lifestyle while eating some really good food you MUST visit Prejean's.

On a side note, they have done some major renovations to the landmark restaurant in Carencro. The new entrance into Prejean's will certainly make your visit and experience at the restaurant a  memorable one.
