Complete Run-Down Of Events For UL Homecoming 2011

As the University of Louisiana at Lafayette preps for what will be a busy week, homecoming week, here is the run-down of events for the week. There are so many events happening on and off campus, and we would like to invite the entire community to be part of what should be a great week for the university. The Cajuns host North Texas Saturday at Cajun Field with kickoff at 4pm.Here is a list of events for the week as UL welcomes in homecoming week on the campus. We hope to see you all around UL as we support the 5-1 Cajuns and welcome home so many of the alumni back into Lafayette and back onto campus this week.

Monday October 10th
11:45 A.M. Cake Giveaway on the Student Union Porch
- Come out for free cake and sign the Spirit Banner!!

4:30 P.M. 2011 Homecoming Kick Off Party (Sponsored by the Alumni Association)
@ Alumni House (Free FOOD and music)

6:30 P.M. Cajun Karaoke in the Student Union Ballroom
- Sign up in the UPC office in the Student Union Room 206
*MUST HAVE CURRENT CAJUN CARD TO ENTER*

Tuesday October 11th
12:00- 2:00 P.M. Carnival in the Quad  (Play games and win great prizes)
*MUST HAVE CURRENT CAJUN CARD TO PARTICIPATE*

Wednesday October 12th
11:00 A.M- 1:00 P.M. Cajuns Can Care (At The Alumni House)
- Donate can good for FoodNet!!

7:00 P.M. Survey Says Gameshow in the Union Ballroom
-Set up like Family Feud.
- Can win CASH MONEY!!!

Thursday October 13th
- 7:00 P.M. Yell Like Hell @ PARC INTERNATIONAL
- Come out to watch Ragin Jazz and the Cheerleaders
- Compete in Touch Down Dance Competition and Cracker eating Contest.
-DJs. Chris Logan and Digital from HOT 107-9!!

Saturday October 15th
10:00 A.M. Homecoming Parade!
-Parade starts at Cajun Field and goes through Johnston to St. Mary. (Ends at Alumni House)
- Tailgating @ Cajun Field
- Game Time 4:00 P.M. Ragin' Cajuns vs. North Texas @Cajun Field!!!
