At some Rouses locations, you’ll also find ready-to-eat boiled shrimp and even boiled lobster.  Plus, you can find grab-and-go packages of individual boiled items, cooked in that delicious Rouses boiling seasoning, including corn, potatoes, sliced sausage, eggs, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, and more. 

Boiling crawfish yourself? Rouses has you covered: You’ll find sacks of live crawfish and anything you want to add to your boiling pot — fresh or frozen corn, sausage, potatoes, mushrooms, artichokes, Brussels sprouts, and boiling seasoning. Rouses also has ready-made sauces on the shelf, or everything to make your own dipping sauce, including fresh lemons, Worcestershire sauce, Blue Plate Mayonnaise, ketchup, and horseradish. 

And don't forget to stop by the Seafood Spectacular Hot Bar in the deli every Friday–Sunday during Lent at just $9.99/lb. They have breaded fish, white beans and rice, mac and cheese, shrimp creole, étouffée, okra and tomato seafood jambalaya,  corn pudding, and cobbler.
