Did Cascada Rip Off Katy Perry’s ‘California Gurls’?

Did the German Eurodance group Cascada ('Evacuate The Dancefloor', 'Everytime We Touch') totally rip off Katy Perry with their latest single 'San Francisco.' After listening, I would have to say the answer is, yes. This sounds like a terribly painful cheap cover of 'California Gurls.'
