Did Larry King Save Wesley Snipes From Prison?

Wesley Snipes may be a badass on screen, but when you willfully refuse to file your taxes, the end result is usually jail. Mr. Snipes was scheduled to start a 3 yr prison sentence in Pennsylvania tomorrow but he may have gotten off the hook thanks to Larry King.

On last nights show Larry King read a statement from a member of the jury that convicted Snipes during his tax evasion trial that said,

"There was one juror that had said they knew Mr. Snipes was guilty right when they first saw him during the jury selection."

TMZ reports that his legal team jumped right into action and immediately filed an emergency motion for a new trial based on juror misconduct.

No word thus far on if the judge plans to delay Snipes date with fate. We'll see if Blade can get out of this one.
