Diddy and French Montana have worked on a lot of records together, and their time as a unit has struck up a close friendship amongst the two. While the pair visit The Ellen Show this week, fans get a chance to see their chemistry and bond in live action, as Puff Daddy gushes over the Bronx rapper and his philanthropy work.

While French tells the story of the two meeting for the first time in Las Vegas years ago, the Bad Boy CEO cuts in to talk about how amazing French's journey is to coming from Africa into being a hip-hop superstar in the United States. As Montana tries to shy away from talking about himself, Ellen goes on to ask the "Unforgettable" MC about his charity work in Uganda, where he built a hospital clinic by donating $100,000 to Mama Hope.

French continues to keep things modest, which triggers Diddy to interrupt again to point out how admirably humble the entertainer is, as he isn't used to talking about himself and his work in a braggadocios manner.

As French and Ellen start to tease each other about flirting in the club, Diddy continues his rant about his close friend, gushing over how modest he is. He even deems the rapper his "best friend."
