Always Hot, Always Local: DJ Digital & Friends Dive Into Rouses Crawfish Boil

It's officially crawfish season, and who better to link up with to test Rouses Markets' crawfish boil than our friend and unofficial crawfish expert, Brittany Boudreaux? Rouses gets Louisiana crawfish from farms in the area, and you can buy them live or get them freshly boiled in the store from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

We got the behind-the-scenes look. Brittany sacrificed her new friend, Tommy, for our one-pound special complete with two sides. If you have a bigger appetite or a bigger group, they have 3-pound and 5-pound specials, too.
