Downtown Alive! 2019 Fall Schedule Announced

Lafayette's longest-running free outdoor concert series will be kicking off soon as the 2019 fall season of Downtown Alive! has been announced.

The bi-annual event gets kicked off on September 13 with Chubby Carrier & the Bayou Swamp Band + Corey Ledet & His Zydeco Band and goes through November 8 with Royal Teeth + Jelly Toast.

This fall's schedule is presented by Evangeline Maid as part of the bakery's celebration of their century-long bread-making tradition in Acadiana.

All shows are free for all ages. Smoking and pets are not allowed to encourage a safe and family-friendly event for all.

Food and drinks are sold inside the park, with proceeds helping to pay for the concerts.

DTA! Happiest Hour starts at 5:00 pm, followed by music and fun until 9:00 pm.
