Drake may have some legal troubles on his hands. A man is threatening Drizzy with a lawsuit after video surveillance footage surfaced showing a March 24 attack in which Kourtney Kardashian's ex-boyfriend, Younes Bendjima, beat another man while the rapper watched.

According to an Aug. 24 report from TMZ, victim Bennett Sipes, who was attacked by Younes Bendjima, wants to sue the Scorpion rapper and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr., because he claims they were responsible for the attack. In footage from the incident, Bendjima can be seen punching Sipes as he and a group that includes Drake and Beckham Jr. exit the Delilah venue in West Hollywood, Calif.

While neither Drizzy or Beckham Jr. threw a punch, Sipes' lawyer, Colin Jones, says the incident began earlier in the night when Sipes' girlfriend, model Sommer Ray, was seen in the VIP section of the club talking with Beckham Jr. Sipes reportedly made his way to the VIP section to get his girlfriend, which upset the NFL star.

Although the parties did not get physical, it's believed words were exchanged and when the attack occurred around 2:30 a.m., Drake could be seen saying something. The attorney alleges that another man who attacked Sipes was a member of Drake or Beckham Jr.'s security team, making them responsible for what happened.

But sources close to the group claim Sipes was the aggressor and incited the incident when Drake and the group were leaving the club. The sources also say neither Drake or Beckham Jr. had anything to do with the fight.

Sipes did file a police report with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department but has since refused to cooperate, leading the investigation to be closed.
