Plenty of fans have met their favorite artist, but not many have a story that is so inspiring. Eleven-year-old Jayden Burgos got to meet his idol Fetty Wap, who inspired the young fan in a very special way.

Jayden Burgos has worn a prosthetic eye for years, ever since he lost his eye due to retinoblastoma just two weeks after his first birthday. But after Burgos saw Fetty Wap face the world without using a prosthetic eye, the young fan decided he would follow in the 2015 XXL Freshman's footsteps. Fetty Wap, who lost his eye as a child too, inspired Burgos to attend school without the prosthetic eye and word of this action eventually got to the New Jersey artist.

Burgos wanted to meet his musical hero and finally got a chance to do so last month. During a Feb. 24 stop in Denver on the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour, Fetty Wap had the opportunity to bring Burgos and his family backstage for a special meeting.

"I'm happy I got to meet Jayden and his family," Fetty Wap told People. "He is a really cool kid! It meant a lot to me personally to finally make his wish happen. It's definitely a day we'll both remember."

The tween not only got to meet his role model, but Fetty Wap also sent the young fan home with some Remy Boyz gear. It was clearly a special day for both sides, as Fetty Wap had the chance to see how his success has touched fans in an immeasurable sense.
