Youngsville Fire Department Responds To Morning Fire At Bourrée Restaurant On Chemin Metairie

An early morning blaze in Youngsville was quickly contained by the local fire department.

Shortly after 5 a.m. Friday morning, a commercial fire was reported in the 1800 block of Chemin Metairie in Youngsville. Soon videos in local neighborhood groups on social media began to surface from residents showing flames erupting from a popular Youngsville retail area.

According to Lindy Bolgiano with the Youngsville Fire Department, his team was able to put out the blaze Bourrée restaurant. Due to their quick response, the fire was contained just to the restaurant and did not spread to any other businesses in the nearby shopping centers.
