The charges and legal problems for a former LSU football player continue to mount.

The 6-foot-4, 220-pound Davis was first arrested on August 17, on a second-degree battery charge, for attacking his girlfriend.

Two days later, LSU Police obtained Davis' cell phone, and concluded that two videos sent to him, and which he kept, were indeed child pornography.

Following that August 17 arrest, in which Davis was suspended indefinitely by the team, he was later arrested for battery on the same woman, during an argument on August 26.

The 21-year old Davis was dismissed from the program following that second arrest.

According to police reports, Davis is alleged to have committed battery on his girlfriend on multiple occasions in April, June, and August.

A junior, Davis played in all 13 games for LSU last season, catching three passes for 134 yards and two touchdowns, including an 87-yard score against Syracuse.
