Guy Tries To Fix Flat Tires With Band Aids, Gets Busted

A motorist passed a man trying to repair two flat tires with Band Aids & gauze on a southern California highway Tuesday morning. This struck the man as a bit odd, so he called police. Orange County Sheriff deputies arrested the 26 year old man on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs. KTLA reports, the man's identity hasn't been released.
