Mr. C's Landing was located in front of the Acadiana mall in Lafayette, Louisiana. They have officially closed their doors and now the community is eager to see what will take it's place, pun intended.

When we asked our listeners what restaurants they would like to have come to town we were not expecting to find out what will actually be replacing Mr.C's.

Here's What is Actually Replacing Mr. C's Landing in Lafayette

According to Earnest Toussaint III, he stopped in to inquire about purchasing some of the garden animals out front for his wife when he ran into the owner inside. The owner sadly informed Mr. Earnest that the animals were not for sale but that there will be a new restaurant taking over the building.

Mr. Chen is the former owner of Mr. C's Landing and will also be the owner of the new restaurant that is currently in the works as we speak.

They are currently in the middle of remodeling the building and rumor has it that it will soon be the home of a Japanese buffet.
