As we continue to recognize "Breast Cancer Awareness Month" at Hot 107-9, we will continue to bring you survival stories throughout the month of October. This morning Pamm Leblanc was in the Hot Studio during the morning show to tell her story with breast cancer.

Like so many affected by breast cancer, Pamm too did not want to face the fact that she would be staring cancer in the eyes. Pamm had a history of breast cancer in her family, and when she felt the lump in her breast, she knew right away what challenge was before her.

Pamm said at times she was in denial and at some point even considered giving up on her battle. Still, she fought to defeat cancer not only for herself, but for her family as well. Pamm says that she is forever grateful that she fought and didn't give up.

Like so many diagnosed with breast cancer, Pamm says it was her early detection that may have saved her life. If you missed any of the interview from this morning please give it a listen and share with others.
