Best way to avoid drinking and driving is to not do it at all! But in case you, do this video shows you how to avoid getting caught in a DUI check point. However, please be smart and do the right thing, just don't drink and drive. Designate a driver instead.

This video is causing a huge uproar all over the internet. It's basically an instructional video encouraging drunk driving according to driving advocates.

Warren Redlich, a lawyer from Florida, has put together quite a video. Redlich says the video was made to "protect drunk drivers from being falsely accused of a crime when stopped at DUI checkpoints." Not to encourage drunk driving!

He uses a plastic bag and a sheet of paper that has all legal documents police ask for at a DUI stop, it also includes his driver's license. He then takes the zip lock bag and ties a string on it and sticks it outside of his window, then he rolls up the window.

Mr. Redlich then rolls up to the DUI check point with the windows rolled up and the police officers read the paper and tell him to keep it moving.

You can see why this would cause an uproar with MADD and other anti-drinking and driving organizations.
