I-10 Reduced To One Lane On Basin Bridge

If you're traveling down I-10 from Lafayette to Baton Rouge today (August 22), be prepared to hit some delays. Louisiana State Police announced that one lane of I-10 past Butte Larose will be closed for DOTD bridge inspection. Depending on the time of day, that could mean some serious delays if you're headed east.

From the DOTD website:

One lane Eastbound will be closed on Saturday, August 22, 2015 and Tuesday August 25, 2015 from the hours of 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM while DOTD crews perform a routine bridge inspection on the bridge.
