Classic Cup in Abbeville, Louisiana Announces Closure

Abbeville, La. - After years of serving up delicious coffee, breakfast, lunch, baked goods and more, Classic Cup Brew Bar & Eatery in Abbeville has announced they will sadly be permanently closing their doors soon.

Opening in 2011, Classic Cup coffee shop and café in Abbeville quickly became a go-to spot for both quick breakfasts, casual lunches, and more.

Over the years, Classic Cup in Abbeville became well known for specialty coffee drinks like lattes, iced mochas, and chai, along with breakfast options like croissant sandwiches, lunch choices like wraps, soups, and their famous chicken salad sandwiches. They also offered a variety of baked goods.

Classic Cup In Abbeville Closing

In a post to Facebook, Classic Cup posted "With heavy hearts, we will officially be closing our coffee shop doors".

"This decision did not come easy, especially after saying goodbye to our Abbeville location. We held on as long as we could, hoping for more time, more mornings, more conversations…but sometimes the hardest choices are the ones you have to make.
To our employees: you were never just staff, you were family. You filled these walls with laughter, long shifts, early mornings, and genuine love. The bonds we’ve built with you will stay with us forever, and letting go is one of the hardest parts of all of this."

Classic Cup, located at 2627 Veterans Memorial Drive in Abbeville, say they will officially be closing their doors on Sunday, May 31.
