As soon as the LSU Tigers clinched the 2023 Baseball National Championship, most of us were wondering when the parade was happening.

Well, it looks like the team is having something better. LSU has released details about the official celebration taking place this Wednesday, June 28.

The celebration will take place at Alex Box Stadium -- Skip Bertman Field at 7:30 pm. Gates will open at 6:30 pm.

Admission to the celebration is free and will be general admission for all non-premium areas. However, field-level seating will be reserved for guests of LSU Baseball and the university.

All Champions Club, Suite, and Terrace season ticket holders will be sent complimentary tickets for the celebration via email and instructions will be included.

Fans will be able to enter the stadium through gates 0-3.

Free parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Hall of Fame, Old Front Nine, Gourrier South, Levee South, and Hayfield Lots.

The celebration is expected to include a presentation of the National Championship trophy plus remarks from LSU head coach Jay Johnson along with members of the team and other dignitaries.

A fireworks show will cap off the evening.

LSU officials said that the LSU Athletics' Geaux Safe clear bag policy will be in place for the celebration. No outside food or drinks will be allowed.

For fans who cannot attend, the ceremony will be streamed live on Facebook Watch, YouTube and on SEC+ Network.
