The post explained that during his performance at Cajuns in Church Point, Toups began feeling unwell and required medical attention. After being taken to the emergency room, doctors determined the cause was severe dehydration.
The message from his team read, “Hey, friends! We wanted to keep everyone in the loop. If you were at Cajuns in Church Point you may know Wayne had a little scare today. During his show, Wayne Toups wasn’t feeling his best and ended up having to take an ambulance to the ER. Turns out it was just a case of severe dehydration, and thankfully he’s doing great now and resting up!”
