The entire city of Rayne, Louisiana, will be without power on Sunday, April 13, as the City of Rayne Utilities Department needs to install a new breaker system for the South Frog Substation.
The planned outage will start at 6 a.m. and last until 6 p.m. However, city officials say in their press release that they can finish the work early.

Some people plan to spend the day in their homes, while others will likely travel elsewhere during the outage.
