The Ultimate 2026 Festival Guide for Hip-Hop Fans

Although the summer season is filled with music festivals, the momentum doesn't stop when the weather gets cooler. Some of the most popular music festivals keep things going through the fall season.

One of the biggest throwback hip-hop festivals, Rock The Bells, will give thanks to the culture on Nov. 29 in New Jersey. The headlining acts this year include LL Cool J, Method Man & Redman, Lil' Kim, David Banner, The LOX and more.

In the Midwest, Big Boi with Sleepy Brown is headlining the Legacy Cup, the largest cannabis festival in Minneapolis, on Sept. 26. Joining them on the bill are the iconic rap quintet Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, the legendary Kentucky group Nappy Roots, and lyricist Sa-Roc.

Meanwhile, down in the South, the inaugural Touch Grass Music Festival is set to debut in Orlando, Fla., on Oct. 3. Put together by the Touch Grass Television streaming collective, this day-long event aims to unite fans by encouraging them to move their eyes away from their devices, get out in the open air, and connect through live music. Headliners PartyNextDoor, JID, Monaleo, Flo Milli, DDG, along with 2026 XXL Freshmen Slayr and Sosocamo are set to rock the mic.

Other rappers showing up at some cool music festivals include Young Thug performing in New York in September as part of the city's Summerstage 40 Festival, Action Bronson and producer/DJ Metro Boomin hitting the stage at Puffcon Block Party in Los Angeles in October.
