Things got real emotional for Janet Jackson at her Houston stop on her “State of the World Tour" on Saturday (Sept. 9). During her performance of her 1997 song “What About,” the pop icon broke down in tears. And it was all captured on video.

In the clip above, Ms. Jackson appears to be fine as she sings the lyrics to the song, which is about domestic violence. At the end of the performance, there’s a pause and that’s when Janet loses it. You can hear her sobbing as she covers her face and then she bends over and sobs for a few seconds. She then stands up and says, "This is me."

The 51-year-old entertainer, who gave birth to her first child, son Eissa, back in January, was married to billionaire Wissam Al Mana, for five years. She is currently in the process of divorcing him.

Aside from that emotional moment, Janet delivered another high energy show at the Toyota Arena in Houston. She performed some of her classic hits with a slight twist. A day before her tour arrive in H-Town, Janet announced that proceeds from the concert will go to benefit the ongoing relief efforts in Houston.
