Jay-Z’s SXSW Concert Will Stream Live on YouTube
Jay-Z is set to return to Austin, Texas next week for a special concert performance at the annual SXSW Music, Film and Interactive Festival. The hip-hop king will headline the ‘Amex Sync Show Presenting Jay-Z’ on March 12 at 8PM ET.
If you can’t make it to the show, don’t worry, because it will be live-stream on YouTube.com for your convenience. Also, if you want to see Hov rap one of your favorite songs, go to Twitter and tweet it with the hashtags #JAYZSyncShow and #Song and whichever track is the most requested will be performed during his set.
In addition, a special rebroadcast of the concert will be available on-demand from March 13 to March 19 on YouTube, Twitter and Xbox LIVE. Jay-Z’s Amex Sync show also marks the first time he’s performed at SXSW as a solo act.
According to MTV News, rumors have surfaced that Eminem will makes a surprise appearance at the event but it hasn’t been confirmed. We’re crossing our fingers and hoping that something spectacular happens at the show.
Last year, Kanye West rocked the SXSW stage with a special G.O.O.D. Music concert featuring all of his artists including Big Sean, Mos Def, Kid Cudi, Pusha T and John Legend.
We know that Jay-Z doesn’t disappoint when it comes to his stage performances, so expect the unexpected. It’s the Roc!
