J-Lo premiered her latest music video to "Dance Again" last Thursday on American Idol, and it is HOT!!! The music video features J-Lo, Pitbull, and her 24-year-old backup dancer boyfriend Casper Smart.The video features Lopez, age 42, and Smart rolling around half naked in a sex induced environment. There is only one way to put it, this video is STEAMING HOT!! "It's a good video," Lopez said. "I can't wait for you all to see it! Enjoy it - it has a great message, and I hope everybody likes it."

What is kind of strange is that Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony announced earlier this week that they will perform on-stage with the cast of their reality series "Q'Viva!" in Las Vegas on May 26.
