Jennings Native Travis Etienne Sets New ACC Touchdown Records
Clemson Tigers All-ACC running back Travis Etienne, a native of Jennings, Louisiana, set new Atlanta Coast Conference records over the weekend.
During #3 Clemson's 38-3 route of South Carolina on Saturday, Etienne scored his 57th career touchdown from scrimmage and 53rd rushing touchdown of his career. Both marks are new ACC records.
Clemson (12-0) will play 2, and potentially 3 more games. They are a 29 point favorite against Virginia this Saturday in the ACC Championship game. With a win, they will advance to the College Football Playoff.
With more games left, Etienne, only a junior, will likely add to his ACC touchdown records.
