Washington Wizards guard John Wall broke down crying after a double-OT win against the Celtics, but his tears had nothing to do with the victory.

Wall befriended cancer patient Miyah Telemaque-Nelson last season and even arranged for the little girl to meet Nicki Minaj.

Wall scored 26 points and had 17 assists in the 133-132 win of the Celtics in double overtime.

Before the game, a moment of silence was observed. During the game, Wall played with 'RIP Miyah' on his sneakers. After the game, he collapsed to his knees as his emotions got the best of him while talking about his young friend.
