Kanye West plunked down $180,000 for a watch from New York blingmaker Tiret that depicts the rapper's visage in 8 carats of diamonds. The custom-made watch took Tiret 5 months to complete -- just in time for the release of his new single "H.A.M." The jeweler previously created a custom watch for hip-hop star Usher.
