The beat for Katy Perry’s new song “E.T.” came from an unlikely place. The pop star told MTV News’ Sway that the producers, Dr. Luke, Max Martin and Ammo, has actually intended for the beat to be used by Three 6 Mafia, and that she’s glad she took it because “it really worked out perfectly” for what she was going for with the song.
