Kevin Gates Accused Of Physically Assaulting Female Fan During Concert In Flint, MI

A female fan is claiming she was physically assaulted by Kevin Gates during his concert in Flint, MI.

According to Club 93.7, Gates was approached by a female fan who tried to grab his pants while he was performing. Gates walked away and continued to rap, but sources at the concert say when the same fan grabbed his pockets the rapper stepped back and punched her in the face.

The following is said to be a statement released by the victim,

I was physically assaulted by rapper Kevin Gates. He also put his hands on 2 other females who were alleged to have been reaching for his pockets. I was on stage and tried to hand him a bottle of patron while holding a red bull in the other and he decided to elbow me from behind several times and finish by swinging on me and i was pushed off the stage.

Videos posted by The Fast Franko Podcast does show some type of altercation between a female fan in the front row and Gates, but nothing in the clip can confirm or deny what is being stated by the victim.

One thing is for certain—2015 continues to be the year where people who interrupt artists on stage are definitely coming up short.
