Kim Kardashian isn't too fond of JAY-Z's lyrics aimed at Kanye West on the song "Kill Jay Z."

"You walking around like you invincible / You dropped outta school, you lost your principles / I know people back-stab you, I felt bad too / But this f--- everybody attitude ain't natural / But you ain't a saint, this ain't kumbaye / But you got hurt because you did cool by 'Ye / You gave him $20 million without blinking / He gave you 20 minutes on stage, f--- was he thinking?" Jay spits on the song.

"She gets very protective of her husband, like a mama bear," a Hollywood Life source claimed about Kim. "She thinks it was a low blow to diss Kanye and throw around words like 'insane' after all he's been through. Kanye had a real difficult time last year and is still coming out of it so to hit him like that wasn't cool."

The source also spoke about the rumored tension between the West-Kardashian clan and the Carters, which has been a topic of discussion around the rumor mill for quite some time.

"Kim would nothing more than to drop the whole feud and move on with their lives," the source said. "She likes Bey and Jay and would love to be friends but it has to be a two-way street. If they aren't interested so be it."

Meanwhile, it's safe to assume that news of Mr. West leaving Jay's company Tidal isn't going to help their friendship much. As we previously reported, the Chicago producer left the steaming company over a $3 million dollar dispute. Ye said he's no longer interested in releasing music through exclusive streaming deals and his next album, which he's currently working on, will be available everywhere.
